The Tale of Despereaux

If you are looking for a great book to read, why not try The Tale of Despereaux by Kate DiCamillo. It is a fairy tale set in a castle with all the classic fairy tale ingredients: action, adventure, suspense and romance~except a mouse is the main character. It is easy to get swept away into this novel because the author uses such beautiful, descriptive language.
